1. Product Overview

Superior roller, It is used for long distance, large capacity, high speed and operating at poor environment of high standard belt conveyor. It has a wide application. Roller design life is more than 50000 hours.The warranty period is one year.The bearing design life is 10 years.

(1) The shaft is the pull shaft of light , roughness is 0.8 micron,shaft diameter is more 0.01mm than the bearing inner diameter, so that it ensure the axial displacement and axial load. 

(2) We adopt the dedicated seamless roller pipe, with Q235B material, more wearable than the ordinary.the pipe thickness is 3.25mm--5.0mm,ovality is between 0.25mm--0.4mm, so the roller diameter run-out is under 0.3mm,conforming international high standard.

(3) The bearing is superior bearing, Bearing we used is sealed tight double labyrinth seal,Bearing has a V-shaped groove, and Grease is the imported grease. It can be operated  smoothly at the temperature from -40 degrees to 180 degrees above zero. The roller can be used in very hot and very cold areas, the bearing is dust-proof and water-proof. And it can also prevent bearing grease oozing during operation and ensure long-term lubrication of bearings,Clearance is C3 and noise is 34-38 db.

(4) Seal is the national standard DT II seven pieces seals, Including 4 pieces POM and 3 pieces steel seal, and middle are injected 2/3 of the Great Wall of grease in order to ensure the bearing move smoothly and  ensure the roller to be dust-proof and waterproof.

(5) The thickness of snap is 2mm, which material is 65Mn spring steel material. 

(6) The roller pipe was polished by the special Polishing machine, so it can increase the adhesion of the paint. There is one oven painting and the color is bright, and it is acid-proof, alkali-resisting, hard and durable.There are several kinds of paint color for your choice. 

(7) After cap packaging, packing includs bare packaging, pallet packaging, and  wooden box packaging.
