1. Product Overview

High quality rollers are suitable for conveyors with long distances, harsh working conditions and high requirements. They can be used indoors and outdoors throughout the year and have a wide range of applications. Roller design life is more than 30,000 hours and the warranty is one years. The bearing design life is 10 years. 

(1) The shaft is the pull shaft of light ,the roughness is 0.8 microns, the diameter is bigger 0.01mm than bearing inner diameter,so it ensure the axial displacement and axial load. 

(2) Tube is dedicated welded roller pipewith Q235 material, the thickness of pipe is from 2.75mm to 5mm, ovality is between 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm, run-out for produced roller is between 0.5 to 0.7mm.conforming GBIT 10595-2009 standard.There is little difference according to the roller pipe length and roller pipe diameter. 

(3) Bearings are special high-quality bearings for idler rollers with characteristicsof dust-proof, water-proof, cold-resistant and quiet. The grease is Changcheng brand grease. The operating temperature range is from -40 degrees to 180 degrees. It can be used in extremely cold and very hot areas.  It can prevent the grease from seeping out during the operation of the bearing and ensure the long-term lubrication of the bearing. The clearance is C3 and the noise is 39 to 42 decibels. 

(4) Seal is the national standard DT II seven pieces seals, Including 4 pieces POM and 3 pieces steel seal, and middle are injected 2/3 of the Great Wall of grease in order to ensure the bearing move smoothly and  ensure the roller to be dust-proof and waterproof. 

(5) The thickness of snap is 2mm, which material is 65Mn spring steel material. 

(6) The tube undergoes a special process to remove rust to increase the adhesion of the paint film. The roller is powder sprayed with oven painting. The oven painting is bright in color, acid and alkali resistant, hard and abrasion resistant. Different colors are available.

(7) The packaging including bare packaging, pallet packaging, and  wooden box packaging.
