1. Product Overview

Ordinary roller,Suitable for conveyors in the sand and gravel material industry, with  design life of more than 20,000 hours and a one-year warranty. The specific technical indicators are as follows:

(1) Shaft,the roughness is 0.8 microns,and the diameter is bigger 0.01mm than bearing inner diameter,so it ensure the axial displacement and axial load.

(2) Tube is ordinary pipe with Q235 material,the thickness is from 2.5mm to 4mm, and the ovality is between 0.7 mm to 1 mm, and the runout for the roller is between 0.7 to 1.0 mm.

(3) Bearing is made of by Chinese superior double glue non-contacted seal,the bearing inner race have no V-groove,grease is Great Wall lithium grease,the range of using temperature is from minus 10 degrees to 120 degrees above zero, and the bearing is dustproof, and the gap is C3, and the noise is 43-45 db.

(4) The seal is 7 items,including 4 pieces nylon6 and 3 pieces steel seal, Inject 2/3 of the Great Wall lithium grease,and it can effectively play a role in dust and water resistance.

(5) The snap ring is 2mm thickness,and 65M spring steel material. 

(6) The tube is subjected to a special process to remove rust to increase the adhesion of the painting film. The roller is sprayed with oven painting powder, and there are different colors to choose. 

(7) Rollers are divided into bare packaging, pallets, wooden boxes and other packaging.
