1. Product Overview

When the Tracked Mobile Stacking Conveyor and ship loader operate together at the terminal, materials are transferred from the Tracked Mobile Stacking Conveyor positioned on the quay surface to the tail section of the ship loader, then conveyed onto the ship loader’s main belt conveyor. Finally, the materials are discharged into the ship hold through the telescopic chute at the front end of the boom. 

The ship loader is widely used for bulk material loading operations at bulk cargo terminals, power plant coal terminals, and similar facilities. It is suitable for handling various bulk materials, including ores, cement, coal, grain, and other materials, and can accommodate bulk carriers of different vessel types and capacities.
