The impact bed is installed under the belt at the discharge point of the belt conveyor to replace the impact rollers, and the warp strip made of self-lubricating ultra-high molecular polyethylene and high-elastic rubber is used to buffer the impact of falling material, protect the conveyor belt and prevent the belt from running off and damage caused by material impact. Most of them are designed with aluminum alloy slots, which are easy to install and maintain quickly. The angle of the groove with the groove roller set is high, and the angle can be fine-tuned according to the actual demand.
